When my parents divorced when I was 8, I had to grow up almost overnight and learn to take care of myself very quickly. 

That stress bled into my early adulthood. I was always in go-go-go mode and never reaily gave myself a chance to relax. I was under so much mental stress, when I tried to pause, I didn't even know how. 


Over the years, I have continued to seek the most cutting-edge ways to support them, and that journey has led me to discover the incredible power of breathwork and sound heaing. 

With over 25 years of experience, I have worked with thousands of clients. For years, I have helped them get relief from muscle tension, achieve flexibility, release stress, and calm their minds. 

I gained a deep understanding of how stress affects individuals, mentally, physically, and energetically. I've observed the profound impact that stress and energy imbalance can have on all areas of life. 

Until I became a massage therapist, I found my center through helping my clients.
