She guided me through the stress and chaos I was experiencing (I am a mom of 2 kids under 5 with 6 teenage/adult stepkids) to a calm, peaceful place where I could hear my deeper voice, my intuition, my inner guidance! Like many, I work in a very active career requiring me to maintain composure in stressful situations. The beautiful sound provided a calm, serene atmosphere that prepared me for the guided breath work. I didn’t know what to expect, but eventually, I drifted into a calmness, yet awareness of how my body inhaled and exhaled. That second session allowed me to reawaken the lessons from my first session and grow further. I find myself being more aware of my breath and look forward to attending more sessions as I continue my personal journey. Try it at least once- you may be surprised!
