She guided me through the stress and chaos I was experiencing (I am a mom of 2 kids under 5 with 6 teenage/adult stepkids) to a calm, peaceful place where I could hear my deeper voice, my intuition, my inner guidance! Carrina’s gentle way of speaking and her way of counting helped me to slow down my breath and find pause and stillness in my chattering brain.

With her help, I was able to use breathing exercises to help me fall asleep faster. I used to have trouble tossing and turning for a while before falling asleep. I wish I had her to lead me in this work every single night because the day I did it with her, I slept like a baby that evening and hadn't had rest that deep & peaceful in years! Like many, I work in a very active career requiring me to maintain composure in stressful situations. The beautiful sound provided a calm, serene atmosphere that prepared me for the guided breath work. I didn’t know what to expect, but eventually, I drifted into a calmness, yet awareness of how my body inhaled and exhaled. That second session allowed me to reawaken the lessons from my first session and grow further. I find myself being more aware of my breath and look forward to attending more sessions as I continue my personal journey. Try it at least once- you may be surprised! These new experiences may awaken something within you!
